DESCRIPTION OF THE OVEN
- SPECIAL FOOD DISH FOR 100% STEAM
Caution
Use only for the 100% steam
cooking function. Do not use in the
other cooking modes. Remove the
dishes from the oven before cleaning
by pyrolysis..

- Perforated stainless steel cook-
ing dish to allow the condensation to
drain from the food, to insert at shelf level

- Multi-purpose drip pan 45 mm
to collect condensation water from the
food, insert it in the lower tier 1.
Refer to the diagram opposite in order to
correctly interlock the support grid with the
45mm dish.
Make sure that the silicone flap is
in contact with the door glass.
Caution
After each steaming process,
make sure to blot out any water that
may be along the goulote at the bot-
tom of the door.
Caution
During cooking the appliance
becomes hot. Hot steam escapes
when you open the door. Keep child-
ren away. Make sure that they do not
remain in the steam flow.
