Push in the trigger 12 to open the current
clamp jaws 1 .
Place the current clamp jaws 1 around the
conductor to be measured .
Close the current clamp jaws 1 .
Position the conductor in the middle between
both – markings on the current clamp jaws
(Fig . C) .
The reading is shown in the display 6 .
NOTE: Only 1 conductor should be clamped
(Fig . C) . Measuring 2 or more conductors at
the same time will result in a wrong reading .
Position the conductor at the centre of the
jaws 1 . This reduces the likelihood of a
measurement error .

Do not measure currents on a circuit with a
voltage of > 600 V .
Measuring resistance
Before measuring:
–Disconnect all power at the circuit to be tested .
–Discharge all capacitors .
Connect
–the black test probe 9 to COM 8 and
–the red test probe 9 to
24 GB
