2.
Drehen Sie den Riegel (33/1) an der
rechten Abdeckplatte und hängen Sie die
Abdeckplatte (33/2) aus (nur bei Gerät
Ausführung mit Klimagerät).
3.
Lösen Sie alle Steckverbindungen, die auf
der Steuerplatte (32/2) gesteckt sind, und
tragen Sie die Steuerplatte zum Aufstellort.
Lösen Sie bitte auch das gelbgrüne
Schutzleiterkabel an der Klemme Nr. 10
auf der Steuerplatte.
4.
Trennen Sie alle Steckverbindungen
zwischen Gerät und den drei Montage-
platten (34/3, 34/4, 34/5).
5.
Demontieren Sie die lange Frontschiene
(33/7).
6.
Ziehen Sie die drei Montageplatten: Fluter
(34/5), Fluter IGB (34/4) und Liege (34/3)
in der Führungsschiene (34/2) nach vorne
und tragen Sie diese zum Aufstellort.
Klimagerät (Option) herausnehmen
1.
Entfernen Sie den Befestigungswinkel
(33/3) vor dem Klimagerät.
2.
Überprüfen Sie, ob das Kabel des
Klimagerätes ausgesteckt ist.
3.
Ziehen Sie das Klimagerät (33/4) vorsichtig
nach vorne.
4.
Tragen Sie das Klimagerät zum Aufstellort.
9.2.4 Demontage Fluter
1.
Lösen Sie von dem Fußgehäuseinnen-
raum die Kabelschellen Ø 16 mm an den
drei Fluterkabeln. Lösen Sie das gelbgrüne
Schutzleiterkabel (kommt vom Fluter)
an der linken Fußgehäuse Innenwand.
2.
Stecken Sie das Innenbedienkabel an der
linken Fußgehäuseinnenwand (33/5) aus.
3.
Lösen Sie auf der Geräterückseite den
oberen Deckel (35/3) vom Anschlusskamin
(4 Schrauben). Demontieren Sie den An-
schlusskamin (35/1, 6 Schrauben) und
ziehen Sie die Fluterkabel nach oben durch.
4.
Lösen Sie den Schlauch, der auf Innenseite
des Deckels (35/3) mit einer Schlauch-
schelle (35/4) fixiert ist.
5.
Tragen Sie den Anschlusskamin (35/1) und
den Deckel (35/3) zum Aufstellort.
6.
Rollen Sie die Fluterkabel hinter dem
Schlauch zusammen und fixieren Sie diese.
7.
Bringen Sie den Fluter in seine oberste
Stellung und stützen Sie den Fluter an
seiner vorderen Längsseite ab.
8.
Lösen Sie die beiden oberen Abdeckungen
(36/11) an den 2 hinteren Füßen 36/4).
Entfernen Sie die beiden seitlichen Ab-
deckungen (36/10) an den 2 hinteren
Füßen. Lösen Sie die beiden Schrauben
(36/7). Hängen Sie die Federn aus dem
oberen Bolzen (36/5) aus.
9.
Hängen Sie den unteren Bolzen (36/9) aus
den Ösen der Federn (36/8) aus.
10. Verfahren Sie mit den Federn auf der
Kopfseite ebenso.
11. Jetz können Sie den Fluter auf die Liege,
die Sie vorher mit Styropor oder Kantholz
abgedeckt haben, absenken. Lösen Sie die
selbstsichernde Mutter (36/1).
12. Wenn Sie diese Verschraubung gelöst
haben, können Sie den Fluter aus den
Kinematikträgen nach oben entnehmen.

Further installation
2.
Turn the bolt (33/1) on the right covering
panel and unhook the covering panel
(33/2, only in units with air conditioning
panel).
3.
Pull out all plug connections on the control
panel (32/2) and take the control panel
to the place of installation.
Please pull out the yellowgreen earth
conductor from the terminal number 10
on the control panel.
4.
Disconnect all connections between the
unit and the three boards
(34/3, 34/4, 34/5).
5.
Disassemble the long front rail (33/7).
6.
Pull the three boards: canopy (34/5),
canopy IGB (34/4) and bed (34/3) forward
in the guide rail and take them to the place
of installation.
Removing the Air Conditioning Unit (Option)
1.
Remove the fixing bracket (33/3) in front
of the air conditioning unit.
2.
Check whether the cable of the air
conditioning unit is unplugged.
3.
Pull the air conditioning unit (33/4) forward
carefully.
4.
Take the air conditioning unit to the place
of installation.
9.2.4 Disassembling the Canopy
1.
Loosen the cable clips Ø 16 mm on the
three canopy cables from the inside of the
base casing. Loosen the yellow-green earth
conductor comes from the canopy at
the left hand wall of the base casing.
2.
Unplug the inside operating cable from the
left hand wall (33/5) of the base casing.
3.
Disassemble the cover (35/3) of the
connection channel at the back of the unit
(4 screws). Disassemble the connestion
channel (35/1, 6 screws) and pull up the
canopy cables through the chimney.
4.
Loosen the hose clip (35/4) from the hose
from its connection inside the cover
(35/3).
5.
Take the connection channel (35/1) and the
cover (35/3) to the place of installation.
6.
Roll up the canopy cables behind the hose
and fix them.
7.
Pull up the canopy slightly and support the
canopy at the front long side.
8.
Loosen both superior covers (36/11) at the
2 rear feet (36/4).
Eliminate both lateral covers (36/10) at the
2 rear feet.
Loosen both screws (36/7).
Unhinge the springs from the upper bolt
(36/5).
9.
Unhinge the lower bolt (36/9) from the
eyelets of the springs (36/8).
10. Proceed the same way with the springs at
the upper side.
11. Then lower the canopy towards the bed
which you have covered with polystyrene
or squared timber prior to lowering.
Loosen the self-locking nut (36/1).
12. Remove the bolt with discs and bushing
from the mounting (36/3).After having
loosened this screwed connection, you can
take out the canopy.
