Videos can be saved on up to two devices simultaneously:
• USB Flash Drive FAT 32 format
• Digital capture device
Video is automatically saved to a USB flash drive and the external digital capture device, when
properly connected .
NOTE: Ensure that the USB flash drive has sufficient memory.
WARNING! If using the External Digital Capture Device, make sure that it is properly
connected.

5.2.6 Capturing Images

To capture images, press the Camera Head buttons or touch the LCD touch screen .
• To capture an image with the Camera Head buttons, use a short press of the center button .
The short press is set at the factory . To change button presets, refer to "5 .4 .4, Advanced
Settings: Button Settings" .
• To capture an image using the LCD screen, press the Image Capture Button on the Home
Screen . A notification appears in the upper left of the display to verify that the image has been
captured . This notification can be enabled or disabled . To change the Image Capture settings,
see "5 .4 .5 Advanced Settings: Media Settings" .
Images can be captured on up to three devices simultaneously:
• A USB Flash Drive FAT 32 format,
• the digital capture device,
• the printer (press the print icon to print all of the images in the print queue) .
Images will automatically be captured to a USB flash drive and the external digital capture
device, when properly connected . When the printer is properly connected, images will be
printed when:
• The number of images preset to print on each page is reached . Automatic printing may be
adjusted, see "5 .4 .3, Advanced Settings: Printer Settings",
• the Camera Head is disconnected from the Camera Control System long enough for the case
to end . The length of time from the Camera Head being disconnected to when the case ends
may be adjusted, see "5 .4 .2, Advanced Settings: Device Settings",
• pressing the Power Button on the front of the Camera Control System .
WARNING! Make sure that the USB flash drive has sufficient memory.
NOTE: If using the External Digital Capture Device, make sure that it is properly connected.
CAUTION! Save or print images before turning off the Supply Mains Power Switch on the
back of the device. Any images not printed or saved will be lost.
