in der PROFINET-Spezifikation (0x0000 – 0x17FF) und der IO-Link-
Spezifikation (0x1800 – 0xFFFF). Nicht alle der aufgelisteten Codes sind in
Verwendung.

0x0118 Low voltage of actuator power supply (UL). Check power
supply
0x011A I/O mapping configuration faulty
0x17FF Process Data mismatch – check submodule configuration
0x1800 No Device
0x1801 Startup parametrization error - check parameter
0x1802 Incorrect VendorID - Inspection Level mismatch
0x1803 Incorrect DeviceID – Inspection Level mismatch
0x1804 Short circuit at C/Q – check wire connection
0x1805 PHY over temperature – Check master temperature and load Error
0x1806 Short circuit at L+ - check wire connection
0x1807 Overcurrent at L+ - check power supply (e.g. L1+)
