Sicherheitshinweis:
Steuerung ausschalten!
Gegen unbeabsichtigtes
Wiedereinschalten sichern,
z.B. ein entsprechendes
Warnschild "Wartungsarbeiten",
"Instandsetzungsarbeiten" etc. am
Hauptschalter anbringen!

je 1 Abdeckplatte innen und außen
abnehmen.
Dazu jeweils 2 Flanschkopf-
schrauben MLF-M6x16 und
Hammermuttern 10/M6 entfernen.
Kette reinigen:
Vor der Schmierung ist die
Flachplattenkette von überfl üssigem
Fett, Schmutz oder sonstigen
Verunreinigungen zu säubern und
gleichzeitig auf Verschleiß und Längung
zu prüfen.
Kette schmieren:
Die Flachplattenkette ist alle 1000
Betriebsstunden mit ca. 2...3 g Öl/m
Kette (z.B. Structovis GHD von Fa.
Klüber) einzuölen.

Safety instructions:
Switch off control!
Take precautions to prevent inadvertent
restoration of power, e.g. by hanging a
suitable warning sign at the main switch,
such as: "Maintenance work in pro gress"
or "Repair work in progress"!

Remove one internal and external
cover plate each.
To do this, remove two MLF-M6x16
fl ange head screws and 10/M6
T-nuts each.
Cleaning the chain:
Prior to lubrication the fl at top chain
should be freed of superfl uous grease,
dirt or other impurities and at the same
time checked for wear and elongation.
Lubricating the chain:
The fl at top chain should be lubricated
every 1000 operating hours with
2 to 3 g oil/m chain (e.g. Structovis
GHD by Klüber).

润滑脂、脏物和其它污染，并同时检查
链的磨损和延伸情况。
润滑链条：
每工作 1000 个小时必须用大约 2 至
3 g /每米的油量 (例如：Klüber 公司的
Structovis GHD) 给平顶链上油。
