Vorgehensweise an beiden
Streckenseiten gleich!
Kette einbauen:
1
Einziehdraht einziehen.

Neue Kette an Einziehhilfe
hängen und bis zum Umlenkkopf
durchziehen.
Hinweis:
Laufrichtung der Kette beachten! ("X",
Fig. 10)

Kettenende hochhalten, Gleitstück
in Umlenkkopf einsetzen.

Kette im oberen Führungsprofi l bis
zum Antriebskopf vorziehen.
5
Kette auf Antriebsrad aufl egen.
6
Kettenräder drehen, Kettenenden
am Spannrad zusammenführen und
mit Kettenschloss verschließen.

Kettenspannerfi xierung lösen,
Kettenspannung prüfen.
8
Kette durchdrehen und im Bereich
der Rückenbiegung ölen mit 2 ... 3 g
Öl/m Kette (z.B. Structovis GHD
von Fa. Klüber).
9
Abdeckungen montieren.
10 Schutzkastenhälfte montieren.
11 Getriebemotor aufstecken und am
Flansch befestigen.

AS 2/C-100, AS 2/C-250
Procedure is the same on both sides
of conveyor!
Installing the chain:
1
Withdraw retractable wire.

Suspend the new chain on the chain
retracting device and pull through to
the return head.
Note:
Observe the direction of the chain's
movement! ("X", Fig. 10)

Hold up chain end and insert sliding
piece in return head.

Pull the chain forward to the drive
head in upper guide profi le.
5
Lay chain on drive wheel.
6
Turn chain wheels, bring ends of
chain together at the tension wheel,
and close with master link
7
Loosen chain tensioner fi xing device
and check chain tension.
8
Rotate the chain and oil where the
chain back bends with 2 to 3 g
oil/m chain (e.g. Structovis GHD by
Klüber).

Mount covers.
10 Mount protective housing half.
11 Add gear motor and fasten to the
fl ange.

安装链条：
拉入拉链索。

把新链条挂到拉链辅具上，并一直

拉到回转单上。
说明：
必须注意链条的运行方向
("X",Fig. 10)！
抬高链端，把滑块放入回转单元。

在上导向型材中将链条向前拉至驱
4
动单元。
将链条放在驱动轮上。

转动链轮，使两个链端汇合在张紧
6
轮上，并用主链节将它们接在一
起。
松开链张紧器的固定，检查链的张
7
紧力。
转过全部链条，并用大约 2 ... 3 g/
8
每米的油量 (例如：Klüber 公司的
Structovis GHD) 在折返区给链上
油。
装好防护盖板。
9
10 装上半边罩壳。
11 装上减速电机，并固定在法兰上。
