nachträglicher Einbau in
SE 2/C, SE 2/C-H mit
AS 2/C-400, AS 2/C-700
Vorgehensweise an beiden
Streckenseiten gleich!
Kette einbauen:
1 Einziehhilfe im Streckenprofi l von
der Antriebseinheit AS 2/C-400,
AS 2/C-700 ausgehend bis zur
Umlenkeinheit UM 2/C-170 bzw.
UM 2/C-60 vorschieben und
herausführen.
2 Kette an Einziehhilfe hängen und bis
zum Umlenkkopf durchziehen, auf
Transportrichtung "X" achten.
3 Bei UM 2/C-170 (große
Köpfe) Ketten um Umlenkräder
legen, Umlenkstrang parallel in
Lagerschalen einsetzen.
4 Gleitstück in Umlenkkopf einsetzen.
5 Bei UM 2/C-60 (kleine Köpfe)
Kettenende hochhalten,
6 Gleitstück in Umlenkkopf einsetzen.
7 Abdeckungen montieren!

Subsequent installation in
SE 2/C, SE 2/C-H with
AS 2/C-400, AS 2/C-700
Procedure is the same on both sides
of conveyor!
Installing the chain:
1 Push the chain retracting device
in the AS 2/C-400 or AS 2/C-700
drive unit's section profi le forward
to the UM 2/C-170 or UM 2/C-60
return unit and pull out.
2 Suspend the chain on the chain
retracting device and pull through to
the return head, observing transport
direction "X".
3 With the UM 2/C-170 (large heads),
lay the chains around the return
wheels, insert return train parallel in
bearing shells.
4 Insert the sliding piece in the return
head.
5 With UM 2/C-60 (small heads),
hold up chain end.
6 Insert the sliding piece in the return
head.
7 Mount the covers!

安装链条：
将拉链辅具在输送段型材中从驱动

单元 AS 2/C-400, AS 2/C-700 开
始一直推到回转单元 UM 2/C-170
及 UM 2/C-60，并且引导到外面。
把链条挂到拉链辅具上，并一直拉

到回转单元上，在此必须注意输送
方向"X"。
把链条绕到 UM 2/C-170 (大头) 的

回转轮上，并将回转装置平行于轴
承壳体放好。
把滑块放入回转单元。

在 UM 2/C-60 (小头) 中抬高链端，

把滑块放入回转单元。
6
装上防护盖板！
