8. Troubleshooting

If a problem with this product is suspected, be sure to check the following contents.
Check that the cables and connectors used to connect the product and controller do not have any
problems.
Check that this product is installed in accordance with the instructions in "3-2. Installing the Scale
Unit."
Also, check that the brackets used to install the scale and sensor head respectively are installed within
the recommended standards.

Check whether any of the mounting screws are loose.
Contact our sales or service department.
If a problem is found, replace the part concerned.
If any loose screws are found, tighten them up
again with a proper tightening torque.
If there is a problem with the installation, install
the product again.
