b While pulling the needle thread lightly to the left,
start the machine to sew the buttonhole. (Release
the needle thread after a few stitches are sewn.) The
buttonhole will be automatically sewn. The machine
will sew the left row first.
n The machine will sew the back bartack and the right
row.
m The machine will sew the front bartack, then it stops
automatically with the needle in the up position. The
machine will trim the threads at the end of sewing if
the thread cutter sign is indicated on the LCD display.
NOTE:
If you start sewing the buttonhole without lowering
the buttonhole lever, the LCD display will show "bL"
message and the buttonhole lever sign !2 will blink.
Lower the buttonhole lever, then restart the machine.
, When buttonhole sewing is finished, push the
buttonhole lever !3 upward as far as it will go.

. Remove the fabric and place a pin !4 just below the
bartack to prevent accidentally cutting stitches. Cut
the opening with the seam ripper !5 .
