Cleaning evaporator
•
To ensure perfect operation and hygiene from the evapora-
tor, it is advisable to carry out periodically, on the basis of the
frequency of use of the machine, the internal cleaning in the
following way:

Remove the screws that fix the steel fan-carrying panel onto
the evaporator and open the panel as indicated
•
Wash the evaporator battery using a jet of hot water at low
pressure directing the jet from high to low onto the evapo-
rator. Evacuate the water and clean thoroughly.
•
At the end use compressed air to remove all the water on
the evaporator battery and on the fan(s).
Make sure to dry thoroughly all the parts and the compo-
nents.
•
Screw on the fan-carrying panel.
Before starting the machine make sure to have removed
all tools used for cleaning.

10.5 DRAINING DEFROST WATER (if present)
•
The equipment is designed for manual defrosts exposed to
the air.
•
At the end of the defrost (if necessary) clean the inside of the
unit with a sponge and/or cloth to remove any condensa-
tion.
