Period of Use
The product has a period of use of up to 6 years if used correctly and serviced regularly by a professional as per the
information from the manufacturer. The product can be used beyond this point if it is in safe and technically sound
condition.
The theoretical period of use does not equate to a guaranteed service life. It depends on the intensity of use and always
undergoes an individual assessment by the distributor.
The period of use ends before the given time frame if the user has reached the maximum body weight or maximum
body height to safely use the product.
The period of use does not apply to wear parts like padding, covers, etc.
Service Life
The product has a service life of 8 years if the requirements stipulated for the period of use are met. The service life
consists of the period of use and storage times.

Reuse

The product is not suitable for reuse. The functionality of child car seats cannot be determined given a theoretical
change of users. There could damage to the product that is not visible which rules out continued safe use. The sale and
purchase of used child car seats is therefore ruled out by the manufacturer.
