Before working on the machine, unplug the power cord, turn off the water supply and actuate the spray gun until the pressure has
been relieved.
Fault
Machine constantly switches on and

Leak in spray gun
Leak in high-pressure hose
Leak in high-pressure coupling
Leak in high-pressure lines
Leak in heating coil
High-pressure pump or spray attachment is
leaky
Machine switches off because the motor is
overheating
Detergent tank is empty
Sludge in detergent tank
Air in system
Pick-up body clogged
Detergent intake fouled or defective
Fuel contaminated
Burner dirty or incorrectly adjusted
High-pressure nozzle in spray head is dirty
Remedy
Replace spray gun
Replace high-pressure hose
Have the machine checked by a servicing

Check whether the supply voltage and
machine voltage match; let the motor cool
down for at least 5 minutes
Fill detergent tank

Clean or repair detergent intake
Use clean fuel
Have the machine checked by a servicing
