Please carefully read the following information and explanations on the proper use of your
new GUTMAN hood before using the appliance for the first time. Please also read our
operating and installation instructions as well as the cleaning recommendations to ensure
that you enjoy many years of service from your appliance.
The installation, in particular for exhaust air operation, may only be carried out or che-
cked by authorised specialist personnel.
A window contact with DIBt inlet should be used for safe exhaust air operation. (already
mandatory in some federal states) If your extractor hood does not have a window
contact connection, a power supply interrupter must also be installed.
GUTMAN
does not accept any liability for consequential damage to the flue gas emis-
sion discharge which could be caused by room air extraction.
