PROCEDURE
CAUTION
Inadequate cleaning and disinfection encourages the growth
of bacteria and thus increases the risk of infection. Ad-
equate cleaning with disinfection can only be assured if the
specified mixing ratio and application time are adhered to,
and if all individual parts are completely immersed in the
solution for the entire application time. There must not be
any air pockets or bubbles.
CAUTION
PARI product components are not suitable for treatment with
instrument disinfectants based on quaternary ammonium
compounds. Quaternary ammonium compounds tend to be-
come concentrated in plastic materials, which can cause in-
compatibility reactions in patients.
If a disinfectant without a cleaning function is used, the follow-
ing procedure must be performed twice: the first time with a
cleaning agent, and then with the disinfectant.
To ensure safety when handling chemicals, follow the instruc-
tions for use of the agent used, particularly the accompanying
safety instructions.
• Prepare the solution in the basin in accordance with the
manufacturer's instructions. The quantity of solution required
depends on the number of parts that are to be cleaned.
