Functions of motherboard
The motherboard is divided into two physical and
potential areas.
1.) Non-live
part
incl.
components:
a.) Power supply (Tr1, F1, GL2, U1)
b.) Control of "Clockwise", "Counterclockwise" and
"Pump on" displays (U5)
c.) Circuit components for conditioning of foot
controls signals (U24, U3, U4, U6)
d.) Circuit for flexible shaft detection (U7, U8)
e.) Optical transmission of control signals to the
live side (OK1 - OK4)
re. a) Power supply to non-live part of motherboard
The rectified secondary voltage from Tr1 serves to supply
the pump and is forwarded to the switching controller U1
for generating a stabilized direct voltage of +12V.
The secondary circuit from Tr1 is protected with fuse F1
(T0.63A).

In case of measuring being carried out on an open
device, the device must be operated with an isolating
transformer.
