8. Fully open ball valve [1-6]
9. Turn pressure adjustment knob [1-5] to the right until required pres-
sure is displayed on the pressure gauge [1-3].
10. Control pressure when operating the spray gun (trigger fully pulled)
and re-adjust, if necessary.
9. Function
9.1. Filter stage [A]:
The first filtering stage separates particles > 5 µ as well as condensed wa-
ter and oil. A sinter filter (Art. No. 22160) is integrated in the filter.
Notice!
Sintered filter:
• Fineness 5µm
• Surface 100 cm²
The requested outlet pressure can be adjusted at the pressure regulation
valve [1-4] with the pressure regulation knob [1-5] and at the pressure
gauge [1-5].
If a certain condensate amount is exceeded, the automatic condensate
drain valve [1-9] opens under pressure. The condensate will be drained
through the condensate drain hose [1-10] into the container (not included
in delivery). Only a small condensate amount remains.
9.2. Filter stage [B]:
The fine filter cartridge (Art. No. 81810) of the second filter stage sepa-
rates smallest particles.

Fine filter cartridge:
• Special micro fibre fleece
• Fineness 0.01 µm, separation degree 99.998 % related to a particle
size > 0.01 µm
• Surface 300 cm²
