5.4.2 Lifting operation

The shown jacks are examples. Proceed
analogously when using other jacks.
> Determine the centre of gravity of the load and select
a suitable jack, as well as steering gear and trolley,
see page 40.

> Set the toe (3) in a suitable place on the load, e.g.,
in a recess. If the load has a clearance from the floor,
position the jacks under the load.
> Position the swivel feet (9) parallel to the toe (3).
> Push in the toe (3) at a suitable height on the jack
and fix it in place with the bracket (2).
> Apply jacks at the load.
