8 Commissioning the Inverter

7. Tighten the 5 connecting screws of the AC power
controller's printed circuit board (TX20, torque:
3.5 Nm (31.0 in-lb)). When doing so, observe the
specified screw sequence.
8. Tighten the screws on the power connections (TX20, torque: 6.0 Nm (53.1 in-lb)).
9. Establish the connections (1 green, 1 white, 1 lilac, 1 black, 1 gray, 1 red and 2 blue) on the
AC power controller assembly and ensure that all cables are securely in position.
10. Restore all connectors on the AC power controller
assembly. Ensure that the ribbon cable locks are
snapped into place and that the 2-pole connectors
are plugged with both contacts. The connector must
be plugged in so that the plug with the latch and the
blue cable points upwards.
11. Install the AC-RLY assembly (see Section 6.2, page 17).

Requirements:
☐ The AC circuit breaker must be correctly rated and mounted.
☐ The inverter must be correctly mounted.
☐ All cables must be correctly connected.
☐ Unused enclosure openings must be sealed tightly with sealing plugs.
Procedure:
1. Carry out the necessary tests according to the locally applicable laws, standards and
directives for the correct recommissioning after power assembly replacement. Take the
requirements for component replacements into account (see Section 2.2 "IMPORTANT
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS", page 8).
