6 Fastening cables to the cover,
strain relief
The following instructions must be carried
out:
Carefully bend the lead bundle in the
direction of the cable exit.
Avoidance of cable-damage: The cable
has to be taped in the area of transition
(The tape is not shown in the assembly
instruction).
Secure the lead bundle to the holder at
the cover using cable ties. Make sure to
route the leads so that the length
between the contact cavity and the
strain relief is as long and as flexible as
possible. Make sure the leads are
guided in a maximum loop to prevent
bending of terminals in the cavity.
Tighten the cable tie with a force of 95
till 125 N.
If the wiring harness is of insufficient
diameter, the wiring harness has to be
fastened with a cable tie through the two
provided for this purpose recesses on
the cover.

Befestigung der Leitungen am
Deckel, Zugentlastung
Die
folgenden
durchzuführen:
Leitungsbündel vorsichtig in Richtung
Kabelabgang abwinkeln.
Zur
Vermeidung
beschädigungen: Im Übergangsbereich
muss das Kabel bandagiert werden
(Diese
Bandagierung
Montageanleitung nicht abgebildet).
Leitungsbündel mittels Kabelbinder an
der Aufnahme am Deckel befestigen.
Dabei die Leitungen zwischen Kontakt-
kammer
und
möglichst lang und beweglich verlegen.
Es
ist
sicherzustellen,
Leitungen
in
Radius verlegt sind, um das Verbiegen
der
Kontakte
vermeiden. Der Kabelbinder ist mit einer
Anzugskraft von 95 N
festzuziehen.
Bei zu kleinem Kabelstrangdurchmesser
ist dieser mittels Kabelband durch die
zwei dafür vorgesehenen Aussparungen
am Deckel zu befestigen.
