Instructions for Use English
The TUNZE magnetic pane cleaner is used for
cleaning aquarium panes. Thanks to the potted
construction they are corrosion resistant and may
remain in the aquarium without any adverse
effect on your aquarium biotope. They consist of
a lower section with a rough surface and an
upper section with a felt or velour surface.The
two sections are connected with the retaining
cord supplied along with the unit to prevent them
falling down. Special precautions have to be
made for handling and transportation due to their
high magnetic attraction of metal parts and
destructive effect on electronic parts. This applies
above all for the types 220.55, 220.56 and
220.57.
N.B. The magnetic pane cleaner 220.57 is the
strongest magnet and is therefore supplied for
transportation and storage reasons with a
partition as well as metal guard. The partition
reduces the strong magnetic forces to its
environment during transportation and also
during subsequent storage. All weaker types
have a similar or no partition or metal guard.

- Keep the magnetic pane cleaner out of the
reach of children !
- Caution: danger of injury. Very strong magnet !
Grip magnetic parts with the hand on the side
surfaces only. Never insert your hand or a finger
between the contact surfaces !
