- The magnet attracts with great force any metal
parts at less than 10 cm spacing ! On handling
the magnets there must be no keys or credit
cards in your trouser pocket. They will be
pulled out. and on removing the magnet the
material may be torn or the credit card may be
made illegible magnetically.
- Hazard for electronic parts and data carriers in
a vicinity of 1 metre.
- Upper and lower sections of the magnet 220.57
may be may be brought together only by using
the 40 mm partition and metal guard.
- On transportation of the magnet 220.57
invariably use the partition supplied and metal
guards. This also applies even for the shortest
distances, e.g. on carrying it through doors with
steel frames.
- Exercise care with sensitive appliances, i.e.
keep heart pacemakers at least 30 cm distant.
- Heating to above 40°C causes destruction of
the magnets or loss of the magnetic effect.
Inserting the magnetic pane cleaner
- Remove magnetic pane cleaner with
transportation safety device from packing and
place it on a non-metal surface, taking note of
the safety precautions !
- Carefully separate upper and lower sections in
such manner that latching together or adverse
effects on the vicinity are precluded.
- Keep partition and metal guards for subsequent
storage.
