If the spot number selected during start differs from the one specified together
with the program selection function, the welding sequence will not be started.
7.1.5

Dressing tool

The timer has additional counters that count each tip dress performed on each
electrode.
If a counter exceeds a programmed prewarning value, the „ Tip Dress Cutter
Warning" output will be set.
When the programmed maximum value is reached, the „ Tip Dress Cutter at
End of Life" output will be set.
The function is switched off if the value „ 0" is specified as maximum value.
(see PRI7000-> Parameterization -> Tip Dresser -> Tip dresser end of life).
If the counter for dressing tool has reached maximum value, the timer cannot
schedule a weld cycle.

Stepper state outputs

The stepper state outputs refer to the electrode assigned to the actually selected
program.

Monitoring transformer temperature:

The transformer temperature is exclusively monitored via serial input
"Transformer temperature signal". This input is only scanned during a weld
schedule.
0 = Temperature fault
1 = Temperature OK
7.1.8

Q-Stop

The weld timer repeats the weld schedule automatically if Q-Stop was active,
a conditional tolerance band violation of UIP, PSF or FQF occurred and the
function was activated by the user.
The weld timer stores the number of conditional repetitions in a counter shown in
the PRI7000 Service functions -> Prewarning -> Q-Stop counter .
7.1.9

Gun Force selection

The value on the outputs "Proportional valve programmed value" is an absolute
value corresponds to the value stored in the timer. The range of values is
specified externally.
