2.7.4 Dipswitches
The Greenlinkbox
dipswitches for preference settings,
depending on the installation used.

* FNet is a linear network with a beginning and an end. The first and last device connected to
this network should have a terminal resistor. Do this on the Greenlinkbox SLT.22 by switching
dipswitch 1 to ON.
** Automatic modem initialisation will activate the modem as soon as the supply v oltage is
switched on. The Greenlinkbox SLT.22 will automatically initialise the modem with the correct
settings.
2.7.5 RS-232 connection
The Greenlinkbox SLT.22 communicates with a PC or modem via this
connection. The cable supplied with the Greenlinkbox SLT.22 can be used for
direct communication with a PC. This cable has 9-pole female connectors on
both sides. The cable supplied with the modem can be used for
communication with a modem. Set dipswitch 4 to OFF for communication via
RS-232 .

2.7.6 USB connection

The Greenlinkbox SLT.22 communicates with a PC via this connection.
Set dipswitch 4 to ON for communication via USB.
