During the update procedure, the timeout is indicated until the device will be again ready for
operation.

After restart of the BIG 101x the Web-Browser shows the Login window (see figure 7 on
page 42). If the firmware upgrade was performed with the option „Reset to default settings",
the BIG 101x is again accessible at the IP-address 192.186.1.1. If, prior to this, changes of the
device IP address have already been made, they have to be repeated.
3.9

Restart of the BIG 101x

In case you find the BIG 101x in an undefined operating state (e.g. when no data transfer is
possible), press the Reset button on the right side of the casing with a pointed tool (i.e. pen or
paper clip) for a short moment. If you don´t succeed, please contact your Internet provider.

3.10 Maintenance

Your BIG 101x is maintenance-free. For cleaning please use a dry cloth. Never use aggressive
or caustic detergents.
Before cleaning, remove the power supply unit out of the socket, or put the device
out of operation.

3.11 Uninstallation of the BIG 101x

To uninstall the BIG 10, first disconnect all cables, starting with the power supply unit. After
all cables are removed (SHDSL, LAN1-4, 12 V DC) , the device can be taken from the wall.
