Die bestimmungsgemäße
Verwendung der Rücklaufsperre
VE 2/RS-H (VE 4/RS) ist
in Verbindung mit dem
Vereinzeler VE 4 die
Werkstückträgervereinzelung im
Rexroth-Transfersystem TS 2plus /
TS 4plus.
Vor der Montage der VE 2/
RS-H (VE 4/RS) an den VE 4
sowie dem Entfernen vor allem
bei Instandsetzungs-, und
Wartungsarbeiten sind die
Energiezuführungen (Hauptschalter,
Druckminderventil etc.)
abzuschalten!
Außerdem sind Maßnahmen
erforderlich, um ein
unbeabsichtigtes Wiedereinschalten
zu verhindern, z.B. am
Hauptschalter ein entsprechendes
Warnschild „Wartungsarbeiten",
„Instandsetzungsarbeiten" etc.
anbringen!
Haftung:
Bei Schäden, die aus nicht
bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung
und aus eigenmächtigen, in dieser
Anleitung nicht vorgesehenen
Eingriffen entstehen, erlischt
jeglicher Gewährleistungs- und
Haftungsanspruch gegenüber dem
Hersteller.
Gewährleistung:
Bei Nichtverwendung von
Originalersatzteilen erlischt der
Gewährleistungsanspruch!

Umweltschutz:
Beim Austausch von Schadteilen ist
auf eine sachgerechte Entsorgung
zu achten!
The VE 2/RS-H (VE 4/RS) return
stop is used, in conjunction with
the VE 4 stop gate, to separate
workpiece pallets in the TS 2plus
/ TS 4plus transfer system from
Rexroth.
Always disconnect energy supplies
(mains switch, pressure relief valve,
etc.) before mounting the
VE 2/RS-H (VE 4/RS) on the VE 4
or removing it for maintenance or
repair work!
Precautions should be taken
to prevent inadvertent power
restoration, such as placing a
suitable warning sign on the mains
switch, e.g. "Maintenance work
in progress" or "Repair work in
progress"!
Liability:
In no event can the manufacturer
accept warranty or liability
claims for damages arising from
improper use of the device or
from intervention in the device
other than that described in this
instruction manual.
Warranty:
The manufacturer can accept no
warranty claims if non-original
spare parts have been used!

Always dispose of damaged parts
in the correct manner when
replacement work is complete!

L'application des blocages anti-
retour VE 2/RS-H (VE 4/RS)
conforme aux dispositions
est la séparation des palettes
porte-pièces en relation avec le
séparateur VE 4 dans le système
de transfer Rexroth TS 2plus / TS
4plus.
Couper toutes les alimentations
en énergie (interrupteur principal,
mano-détendeur, etc.) avant de
monter le VE 2/RS-H (VE 4/RS)
sur le VE 4, de même avant le
démontage pour tous travaux de
réparation ou de maintenance!
D'autre part, prendre toutes les
mesures nécessaires pour éviter
une remise en marche accidentelle,
en apposant par exemple près de
l'interrupteur principal un panneau
d'avertissement « travaux de
maintenance » , « réparations » etc.
!
Responsabilité :
Le fabricant décline toute respon-
sabilité et exclut toute réclamation
concernant les dommages dus à
une utilisation non conforme ou
suite à des modifications effectuées
sans autorisation et non prévues
ci-contre.
Garantie :
En cas de non-utilisation des pièces
détachées d'origine, le constructeur
exclut toute responsabilité !
