These Instructions for Use will guide you through the use and pos-
sible applications of the SaneoSPORT muscle training system.
Please keep the Instructions for Use with the device at all times.

Frequency of use & effectiveness
You can use the device several times a day as long as
there are no side effects, such skin irritation. Please note
that overuse, particularly of the muscle development
programs and excessive activity in active muscle training,
may in some cases lead to acidification of the muscles,
generally referred to as muscle soreness. EMS training
with the SaneoSPORT is most effective when used as a
supplement to active exercise and muscle training and
you support the contraction phases of the muscle devel-
opment program by active muscle stretching.
