Overview and Processing Sequence

You can do this in one of two different ways:
• Provisioning via the PBX (page 28)
• Configure them manually using the Web Configurator on the base unit
(page 28)
Provisioning via the PBX
1 Take the DECT measurements and carry out site planning
2 Bring the devices to the planned sites
3 Configuring the PBX for provisioning
4 Connect the devices to the local network (LAN)
5 Only COMfortel WS-500M: Set the device role "DECT
Manager and Integrator" on one device.
6 Registering the handsets
