SELECTING THE MODE

1. To access turbo mode or dough mode, press the
mode symbol .
The choice between turbo mode and dough mode
appears on the display.
3.5.1

TURBO MODE

1. Select the turbo mode symbol to access turbo
mode.
Three time specifications appear on the display.
2. Turn the selector to select one of the three pro-
grammed time specifications.
The current selection is highlighted by means of a
dotted line.
3. Press the selector to start the mixing process.
A melody is played to indicate that the mixing
process is complete.
4. To return to the home screen, press the
Home key .
