hinten sitzt. Mit den Schnellspannhebeln (35)
durch Rechtsdrehung befestigen. Danach
Spannhebel anheben und nach innen schwen-
ken, dort absenken.

4.3 Reinigungswerkzeuge
(Bürsten, Treibteller) einsetzen
Das Einsetzen der Reinigungswerkzeuge erfolgt
beim RA 55 maschinell.
Voraussetzungen: - Automat ist ganz ausge-

Das Reinigungswerkzeug in Arbeitslage vor
dem Automaten auf den Boden legen. Mit dem
Reinigungsautomaten über das Reinigungs-
werkzeug fahren, so dass es unter der Bürst-
abdeckung zu liegen kommt. Bürstaggregat
über Fusspedal (31) absenken (siehe Punkt
5.1). Bürstaggregat über Taste (4) einschalten.
Automat etwas vor- und zurückbewegen und
gleichzeitig Kombinationsschalter (1) betätigen.
Der Bürstmotor läuft an, das Reinigungs-
werkzeug wird in der Mitnahme zentriert und
rastet hörbar ein.
Nur RA 66 (Bild 9)
Die beiden Bürsten von vorne in die Bürst-
aufnahme einsetzen.
Vorsicht: Nur bei ausgeschaltetem
Automaten hantieren.
Linke Bürste mit Rechtsdrehung, rech-
te Bürste mit Linksdrehung montieren.
Alle Automaten
Zum Herausnehmen des Reinigungswerk-
zeuges wird das Bürstaggregat im angehobe-
nen Zustand kurz ein- und sofort wieder aus-
geschaltet. Das Reinigungswerkzeug löst sich
aus der Mitnahme und fällt auf den Boden.
Zur Entnahme von Hand muss die Bürste im
ausgeschalteten Zustand unter der Bürst-
abdeckung an den Borsten gefasst und durch
ruckartiges hin- und her drehen gelöst werden.

4.2 Fitting the squeegee (23) (fig. 7).
Insert the squeegee (23) into the swivel fork
(38) in such a way, that the continuous suction
lip is positioned at the back. Fasten with the
quick clamping lever (35) by turning it to the
right. Afterwards lift the clamping lever and
swivel it inward, then lower it.
4.3 Fitting of cleaning tools (brushes,
driving plate)
With the RA 55 the insertion of the cleaning
tools is mechanical.
Precondition: - automatic scrubber is
schaltet.
- Gerätedüse (23) in Ruhe-
stellung (angehoben).
- Bürstaggregat in Ruhe-
stellung (angehoben).
RA 55 only (fig. 8)
The cleaning tool is placed on the floor in front
of the automatic machine in working position.
Move the automatic scrubber across the
cleaning tool, so that the tool comes to lie
underneath the brush cover. Lower brush
assembly with the foot pedal (31). (see point
5.1). Switch on brush assembly with button
(4). Move the automatic machine slightly
backwards and forwards, at the same time
activating the combination switch (1). The
brush motor starts, the cleaning tool is centred
in the carrier and engages audibly.
RA 66 only (fig. 9)
Insert both brushes into the brush mounting
from the front.
All automatic scrubbers
To remove the cleaning tools, the brush
assembly is switched on in a raised condition
and immediately switched off again.
The cleaning tool releases from the carrier and
falls to the floor.
To remove manually, in a switched off condition,
the brush must be grasped by the bristles
underneath the brush cover and is released
through turning back and forth with a jerking
movement.
