MAINTENANCE OF ILLUMINATION SPOTLIGHTS
The hood is provided with LED Lights low consumption illumination 1.2W (12V), to replace the 2 installed LED lights please
follow the explanation below:
1. Open the front glass panel.
2. Remove grase filter.
3. Remove the LED light with a little pressure over the rear of the lamp, pull the cable since to have the plugs out from
the body of the hood.
4. Disconnect the LED and replace with a new one. Use only LED lights provided from your supplier.
5. Replace the LED lights lamp in the hole.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
GENERAL
This hood has been arranged to be installed above a cook top. It can be used on the ASPIRATING types (external exhaust),
or on the FILTERING types (internal recycling). Due to the complexity of the appliance, we suggest to have installation
carried out by qualified personnel, in compliance with all the current regulations and in particular with the ones concerning
air exhaust. The manufacturer cannot be held liable for damage caused by improper installation or if it has not been carried
out according to the state-of-the-art.
Apply protection gloves before the installation and keep it on durin all installation, open the front glass panel and remove
the aluminum grase filter (fig.6).
1- HOLES FOR FIXING THE HOOD
Sign the holes position on the wall following the position fig.(1) make the holes in position A , B and C to fix the hood on
the wall at the centre of the
cooking surface: follow all the dimension carefully. Remember that the distance between the cooking surface and the lower
edged of the hood must be at least 65 cm.
2 - POSITIONING THE SCREWS
Insert the 6 anchors in the holes A, B, C, apply on the holes A the bigger anchors FU8x50, choose as your need between
holes A' and A'' .Insert 2 screws(2)(included) in the anchors in position A without screwing completely, leaving about 5 mm
of space (fig.3).
3 - HOW TO POSITION THE HOOD(fig.1)
- Hang the hood case firmly to the wall by means the two screws just fitted on the holes A.
-Tight completly the screws in position A, from inside hood.
-Fit 2 screws (2) in the holes B and tight completely, in that way the hood will be correctly fixed.
4 - HOW TO POSITION THE UPPER CHIMNEY WALL CLAMP
- Fix the wall clamp(fig.9) by two screws(2) fitted into holes C (fig.1)
5 - HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE EXTERNAL EXHAUST DUCT
- Use a Ø 125/150 pipe, flexible if possible and fix it with a pipe-tightening ring at the reduction fitting.
- Connect the scavenging pipe to the outdoor duct and fix it with a pipe-tightening ring.
6 - CONNECTING TO THE SYSTEM
- Verify that the system tension is suitable for that required for the hood power as indicated on the plate applied to the inside
of the booklet and/or apparatus. Assemble a plug on the wire which is suitable for the required load or, when directly
connected to the system, place a standard and suitably powered bipolar switch between the system and the apparatus.
7- HOW TO POSITION THE CHIMNEY(fig.4,5,6)
- Slide the upper telescopic stack inside the lower telescopic stack.
- Position the chimneys on the hood case, tight 2 screws (3) in the holes like fig.4
- Lift the upper telescopic stack up to the ceiling and fix it by means of the two screws(3) (fig.5e6).
8- FIT IN THE GREASE FILTER AND OPERATING CHECKS
-Fit in the grase filters removed before (fig.7)
-Check the four motor speed and the lighting using the COMMAND PANEL INSTRUCTION on the lasts pages.
