7 Assembling the Lawn Mower
► Press sleeve (1) into the bores in upper handlebar (2).
► Fit spring washers (3) with the convex side facing inwards
onto sleeve (1).
► Guide upper handlebar (2) into handlebar bracket (4).
► Push bolt (5) through the bores in handlebar bracket (4)
and the sleeve in upper handlebar (2).
► Place nut (6) in the notch in handlebar bracket (4).
► Tighten bolt (5).

► Press cable (7) into holders (8).
► Fasten cable (7) to the handlebar using cable clip (9).
The handlebar must not be dismantled again.

► Fit upper part of grass catcher box (1) onto lower part of
grass catcher box (2).
► Press pins (3) through openings (4) from the inside.
► Press upper part of grass catcher box (1) downwards.
