4. Troubleshooting

If the UPS system does not operate correctly, review the table below for possible solutions.
Symptom
No indication or alarm though the
mains is normal.

Possible cause
The AC input power is not
securely connected.
EPO function is activated.
Line and neutral

conductors of UPS input

UPS is overload
and the

Remedy
Check if the input power
cord is firmly connected to
the mains.
Set the circuit in closed
position to disable EPO
function.
Rotate mains power socket
by 180° and then connect
to UPS system.
Check if all batteries are
properly connected.
