Information for WINFEM programming on BUS-1 operation

- Operation as 1 Detector group module:
The inputs 2, 3 and 4 have to be programmed to detector droup "0" in WINFEM.
- Operation as 2 Detector group module:
The inputs 3 and 4 have to be programmed to detector droup "0" in WINFEM.

Mounting

The module is intended for installation in commercially available flush mounted and cavity wall
boxes with Æ 60 mm.
- Attach pull relief: Attach a pull relief using a cable binder at the clip on the rear of the module.
- Mount module:
German boxes (DIN), Austrian boxes
PCB mount
For use in compliance with VdS, the module must be fixed at least to the two positions on
the box where the PCB mounts are located (see arrows above).

Installation guidelines

The BUS connecting cable must be a shielded, twisted pair line. Wires must correspond with the
diagram below. The corresponding line cross-sections can be found in the installation instructions of
the intruder alarm control panel (see "Lines").
Keep the shield connections as short as possible to avoid the risk of a short circuit.
