Warranty and
repa r terms

Please contact your dealer or the serv ce centre n case of a cla m
under the warranty. If you have to return the un t, please enclose a copy
of your rece pt and state what the defect s.
The follow ng warranty terms apply:
1. The warranty per od for MEDISANA products (start ng from date of
purchase) can be found on the enclosed warranty card. In case of a
warranty cla m, the date of purchase has to be proven by means of
the sales rece pt or nvo ce.
2. Defects n mater al or workmansh p w ll be removed free of charge
w th n the warranty per od.
3. Repa rs under warranty do not extend the warranty per od e ther for
the un t or for the replacement parts.
4. The follow ng s excluded under the warranty:
a. All damage wh ch has ar sen due to mproper treatment, e.g. non-
observance of the user nstruct ons.
b. All damage wh ch s due to repa rs or tamper ng by the customer or
unauthor sed th rd part es.
c. Damage wh ch has ar sen dur ng transport from the manufacturer
to the consumer or dur ng transport to the serv ce centre.
d. Accessor es wh ch are subject to normal wear and tear.
5. L ab l ty for d rect or nd rect consequent al losses caused by the un t
are excluded even f the damage to the un t s accepted as a
warranty cla m.
