and are consc ous.

The appl ance s not su table for pat ents, who breathe through a
surg cal open ng n the w ndp pe (tracheostoma).
• Use the dev ce only accord ng to ts ntended purpose as spec fied n the
nstruct on manual. The warranty w ll be nval dated f used for purposes
other than those for wh ch t s ntended.
• Any appl cat on other than the herew th descr bed s mproper and
therefore cons dered dangerous. If the appl ance s not used accord ng
to the nstruct ons, the user s l able for the safe operat on of the un t.
• A s ngle nhalat on appl cat on should not exceed 20 m nutes.
• Only use genu ne accessor es and spare parts prov ded by the manufac-
turer.
• Use only l qu d med cat ons that have been approved for use n nhala-
t on therapy. Before start ng therapy, d scuss the length, dosage, fre-
quency of use and the select on of the med cat on w th your doctor or
pharmac st.
• Do not use only water n the nebul zer for nebul z ng purposes.
• Th s dev ce s not des gned to be used by persons ( nclud ng ch ldren)
w th l m ted phys cal, sensory or mental ab l t es, or by persons w th n-
suffic ent exper ence and/or knowledge, unless under observat on by a
person respons ble for the r safety, or unless they have been nstructed
n the use of the dev ce.
• Ch ldren must be superv sed to ensure that they do not play w th the
dev ce.
• Small parts (e.g. the a r filter) can be swallowed. Therefore keep and
d spose of all small parts out of reach of ch ldren.
• Do not use or store the appl ance, where t may be exposed to nox ous
fumes or volat le substances.
• Do not operate the dev ce n the v c n ty of anaesthet c m xtures, that are
nflammable n a r or oxygen.

• Do not block the vent lat on slots
