For best results, wait until the unit has reached the desired temperature and then place
the food product in to be fried.
•
The basket is for frying small amounts of product. It is equipped with a collapsing
handle and hook.
•
To mount the basket handle, raise it high and
insert the handle's hook into the catch in the
basket.
ATTENTION!
For safety purposes, the handle must be strongly secured!
•
Slowly lower the basket into the oil. After frying, carefully pick up the basket and hand
it on the hook at the front of the chamber and allow the oil to drip.
WARNING! Danger of injury!
Do not use the deep fryer with its cover on! The cover serves only as protection
against dust, and for keeping the oil hot between fryings. Prior to placing the cover
on, ensure that it is dry. If water gets into the oil chamber, this may cause oil to
splatter.
