Application scope and restrictions:
Note:
The user must fully read and understand this instruction before use and keep it for reference.
Inapplicability:
The respirator itself does not provide oxygen, so do not use it if the concentration of the ambient oxygen is below 18%. Do not use
this product if the working environment temperature exceeds -30~50 ° C. Do not use this product if the concentration of contaminant
particles reaches a level that is immediately life-threatening or is harmful to health.
Warning:
1） If the user fails to follow the operating instruction or the inapplicability conditions, and/or does not wear the respirator in
the corresponding environment, the protection effect will not be achieved and the disease may be caused.
2） Any alteration, misuse, substitution, abnormal use, or use of non-SATA filter and cartridges is not allowed for this
respirator.
3） This product shall not be used when there are hair, beard or others on the face that directly affect the airtightness
between the face and the silicone mask.
4） Employers shall carry out training on the proper use of masks for employees in accordance with national safety and
health regulations prior to use.
5） If you smell contaminants or feel dizzy and uncomfortable during use, leave the contaminated area immediately.
Operating instruction:
1） Check if all the mask parts are well-equipped before use.
2） The respirator must be kept in a straight position, and the headbands shall be fastened firmly and adjusted until the respirator is
not loose and does not leak.
3） Check if the cartridge is within the validity period.
4） Please use the appropriate particulate filter when you are on the painting site or in other particulate environments.
5） After use, place the respirator away from contaminated areas.
6） Dispose of the used product according to the corresponding environmental protection requirements.
Usage time:
1） It is recommended to replace the SATA filter every day when filtering aerosols because of the limited dust holding capacity. If the
filter is damaged, contaminated or damp, or if the user feels an increase in the breathing resistance, the filter cotton shall be
replaced immediately. At present, the FH0414 filters can not be used for protection against the oil based particles.
2） In order to prevent the cartridge from being overloaded and causing injury, the user shall immediately leave the contaminated area
and replace the cartridge if smelling any contaminants.
3） If the boiling point of the adsorbed material is below 65° C, SATA recommends that the user replace the cartridge every day.
4） If the adsorbed material is volatile, and the cartridge is not used for several days, such as during the weekend, it is recommended
to replace the cartridge.
5） If the adsorbed organic matter is not volatile, but the cartridge is not used for about two weeks, it is also recommended to replace
the cartridge.
6） This product shall not be used and then scraped, and the user shall be away from the contaminated area.
