CLEANING AND CARE

• Before cleaning the appliance, unplug the power cord from the wall outlet and let
the appliance cool down.
• Clean the unit with a soft cloth.
• Do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
• Carefully clean the glass viewing window with a soft cloth. Never use a glass
cleaner.
• Standard light bulbs are not used for the flame effect. An electronically controlled
LED system is integrated in the unit, so no components need to be replaced. The
unit contains no user-serviceable parts. The unit may only be replaced by the
manufacturer, the service department or a similarly qualified technician.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
The device does not work.
No flame effect.
Possible solution
Check that the power plug is in the
socket.
Check whether the circuit breaker has
been activated.
Have the LED indicator checked by a
qualified electrician.
