3. Insert the plug into the coupling.

4. Insert the two halves of the housing into
one another so that the connection is
protected against spray water.
Attaching the cable hook
A cable hook is attached to the push rod at
the top and bottom.
1. Hold both halves of the cable hook
against the push rod.

2. Push both halves into each other in the
direction of the arrow.
3. Insert the screw through the cable hook.

4. Unscrew the star grip.
5. Push the cable hook all the way down
and align it on the push rod
6. Tighten the star grip.
7. Attach the second cable hook to the top
of the push rod in the same way.
Attaching the detergent tank
1. Release the star grip on the upper cable
hook.
2. Screw the chain to the detergent tank.

3. Attach the hose to the hose nipple at the
bottom of the detergent tank.

4. Slide the detergent tank onto the lower
cable hook.

5. Push the upper cable hook down to the
detergent tank. Make sure that the pin
on the tank sits in the recess on the ca-
ble hook.

6. Tighten the star grip on the upper cable
hook.
7. Fit the hose to the hose nipple on the de-
vice.

8. Guide the chain through the opening on
the handle and on the detergent dosing
lever.

Connecting the spray system
Only the BDS 43 / Orbital C Spray is
equipped with a spray system.
1. Fit the hose from the detergent tank onto
the pump inlet.

2. Fit the hose section onto the pump out-
let.

the spray nozzle distributor.
