Commissioning and testing of the control units
The following describes the installation and connecting steps of the b-control units. Please also note the attached installation construction.
1. When placing the cable for the front heater underneath the floor the ends of the cables including their plug pins and the grey bow
(= connection control unit FRONT/BACK) have to lead to the control box and to the power module – these plugs will be plugged in
the power module (control box)! This handling secures that the ends of the cables are connected correctly to the accurate socket of the
front heater. (Please double check!) The cables of the front heaters are marked with a red point on the plug. Make sure to place this
point-marked cable in the front!
2. The power module (control box) will be attached to the reverse side of the service flap above the already made boreholes.
3. Plug the fan power lead into the plug socket provided.
4. Plug in the optional RGB lighting control into the plug socket provided. Connect the control unit with associated (RJ) cable as shown in
the drawing.
5. If the audio input on the control unit is to be used, the 3.5 mm jack on the back of the control panel must be connected to the the
external audio source (e.g. CD player, iPod, etc.).
6. Connect the temperature sensor cable into the socket provided.
7. The according connection cable for the foot warming has to be placed in the special milling grove underneath the floor and plugged into
the power module.
8. Connect the control unit with the enclosed (RJ) cable as shown in the drawing.
9. Plug the power supply lead, provided, into the power module.
10. Check all connectors are firmly located.
11. Plug the power lead into to a suitable socket outlet.
