1 Nehmen Sie das Glas von Standfuß und Sieb ab und füllen es zur
Hälfte mit Wasser.
2 Füllen Sie nun die Keimsaat ein – ca. 1 gehäufter Esslöffel
(Menge variiert je nach Keimsorte) – und setzen das Sieb auf das
Glas. Die Keimsaat muss nun zwischen 1 bis 12 Stunden einwei-
chen. Auch dies variiert je nach Keimsorte; bitte die Saathinweise
beachten. Achtung: Während der Einweichzeit steht das Glas auf
dem Kopf (Sieb zeigt nach oben)!
3 Nach der relevanten Einweichzeit schütten Sie das Wasser bei
aufgesetztem Sieb ab.
4 Füllen Sie das Glas nun erneut mit Wasser (das Sieb bleibt aufge-
setzt), schwenken es und schütten das Wasser wieder ab. Diesen
Vorgang wiederholen Sie bitte 3 – 4 mal hintereinander.
5 Nun stellen Sie das Glas richtig herum auf den Standfuß an einen
hellen Ort ohne direkte Sonneneinstrahlung.
Wichtig: Bitte wiederholen Sie den unter Punkt 4 beschriebenen
Vorgang 2 bis 3 mal am Tag.
Die verschiedenen Saaten variieren auch in ihrer Wachstumsdauer.
Es kann zwischen 4 – 10 Tage dauern.

1 Detach the jar from the base and sieve and half fill it with water.
2 Now pour in the seeds – approx. 1 piled tablespoon (amount
varies by seed type) – and put the sieve on the jar. The seeds now
must soak between 1 and 12 hours. This span, too, varies by seed
type; please follow the instructions given on the label. Note:
during soaking, the jar stands upside-down!
3 After the required soaking time pour the water out with the
sieve in place.
4 Now fill the jar with fresh water (the sieve remains in place),
shake the jar and drain the seeds again. Repeat this procedure
3–4 times.
5 Now put the jar on the base the right way around in a bright
place but not in direct sunlight.
Important: please repeat the procedure described under section 4
above 2 to 3 times a day.

Another aspect that differs by seed type is the growth period,
per day
which varies from 4 to 10 days.

1 Retirez le bocal du support et du filtre et remplissez-le à moitié
d' e au.
2 Versez ensuite 1 cuillère à soupe rase de graines (la quantité varie
selon la variété de semence) et posez le filtre sur le bocal. Les
graines doivent tremper pendant 1 à 12 heures selon la variété.
Respectez les indications fournies avec les semences. Attention :
le bocal se trouve renversé pendant la période de trempage, le
filtre est en haut !
