1.3. Controls
A 12-pin DIP switch is located within the flash light on the circuit board mounted on the base.
The operation of the DIP switch must only take place when the power is disconnected from the flashlight.
After disconnection of the power supply, a waiting time of 15 minutes has to be observed before the lens of
the flash light is removed.
The lens is to be properly fitted before the flash light is reconnected to the power supply.
A switch is turned on when the corresponding slide is on the side designated as 'ON'.
1.3.1. DMX-Address
The DMX address is set with the DIP switches 1..9. To determine the address the activated values are
added together.
Note:
If all DIP switches are OFF the DMX address 512 is set.
Changes in the setting take effect only after a reset or the power is switched on.
1.3.2.
The protocol used is selected with DIP switch 10.
DIP switch 11 is currently unassigned.
Note:
Changes in the setting take effect only after a reset or the power is switched on.
1.3.3.
With DIP switch 12, a 120 resistor is turned on at the end of the DMX bus.
Note:
Changes in the setting are effective immediately without reset or power being switched on.
