Therefore, we recommend switching the Delay to 'ON'. You can turn
this function on and off by pressing the 'Up' and 'Down' arrows per your
preference. You can choose to delay the triggering of new photos anywhere
between 3-60 seconds. Once you have chosen your preferred delay period,
press the 'OK' button.
TIP: If your SECACAM Raptor Mobile is set to photo mode, and it is
programmed to take 5 photos in a row, for example, a delay of 5 seconds
between each photo is recommended. When in Photo+Video mode, we
recommend adjusting the settings to 15 seconds of video time with a 15
second delay. When push notifications to your mobile are turned on, the
optimal setting is to set your camera's burst mode to three photos without
any trigger delay.

Time-lapse

Switching the time-lapse on allows your camera to automatically take a
photo after an interval of time.
To customise this function, switch the 'Time-Lapse' menu option 'ON'.
The time-lapse settings adhere to the following format: HH:MM:SS. You
can edit the timer settings using the 'Up' and 'Down' arrows and switch
between hours, minutes and seconds using the 'Left' and 'Right' arrows.
You can choose an interval range between 5 seconds (00:00:05) and 24
hours (23:59:59). When you have adjusted your preferred time-lapse interval,
select the 'OK' button.
• Example 1: You want to document the progress being made on a
construction project. You then set the time-lapse interval to 2 minutes
(00:02:00). In 10 hours, you will have received 300 photos and in 10
days 3,000. When set to the 5MP resolution, this will neither pose the
risk of using too much memory storage, nor have a large effect on
battery life.
Note: The temperature shown on the recorded photos in the time-lapse
mode may differ from the actual ambient temperature, as the internal tem-
perature of the camera can increase if used over longer periods of time.
TIP: In time-lapse mode, we recommend to change the multi-shot setting to
1P (one picture), thereby limiting the recorded photos to one per interval.
