Features
This tool includes some or all of the following features.
1. Battery adapter
2. Release button
3. Battery cavity
Installing and removing the battery pack (fig. A)
Note: For best results, make sure your battery pack is fully
charged.
To install the battery pack (4) into the adapter, align the
u
battery pack with the rails inside the battery cavity (3)
of the adapter (1) and slide it into the adapter until the
battery pack (4) is firmly seated. Ensure that it does not
disengage.
To remove the battery pack from the adapter, press the
u
battery pack's release button (5) and firmly pull the battery
pack out of the adapter.

Note: For best results, make sure your battery pack is fully
charged.
To install the adapter into a compatible tool handle (6),

align the notch inside the tool's handle with the adapter
and slide the adapter firmly into the handle until you hear
the lock snap into place.
To remove the adapter from the tool, press the adapter's

release button (2) pull the adapter out of the tool handle.

Maintenance

Your STANLEY FATMAX cordless appliance has been
designed to operate over a long period of time with a minimum
of maintenance. Continuous satisfactory operation depends
upon proper tool care and regular cleaning.
Warning! Before performing any maintenance on cordless
appliances:
Regularly clean the adapter body with a damp cloth. Do

not use any abrasive or solvent-based cleaner.
