• When using a stainless steel sleeve, the additional
tabs (included with module 8) must be used:
Insert the additional tabs from behind into the
appropriate socket before installing the octagonal
internal sealing element (see Fig. 5).
• Push the ESH support pipe (metal sleeve) onto
the rubber press seal (see Fig. 41).
• Push the octagonal internal sealing element with
the inserted tabs and the metal sleeve into the
opening until the flange is up against the inside
wall (further installation as under point 6, work
stage 1-3 (Fig. 5-9)).

Spread lubricant on the rubber lips of the flange
(see Fig. 42).
Then pull off the protective foil from the butyl tape of

the rubber flange, push it as far as the outside of the
building and press slightly (see Fig.: 43).
• The resin filler tube must be inserted at the top.
• When introducing module 8, care must be taken
to ensure that the membrane tube does not
touch the drill hole edge and roll off.
Then place the loosened clamping device over the

sleeve pipe until it is up against the flange. The two
axial screws and the vertical screw have to be loosened
for this purpose (see Fig.: 44).
• The resin filler tube must be inserted at the top
through the opening of the clamping device.
• The vertical screw must point upwards at a
45° angle.
Position the clamping flange so that the clamp can easily

be reached for tightening via the opening (see Fig.: 45).
Tighten vertical screw (see Fig.: 46).

Tighten both axial screws, this presses the flange

against the outside wall (see Fig. 47).
Then tighten the clamp through the opening of the

clamping device with a screwdriver (see Fig. 48).
Cut off the resin filler tube to approx. 20 cm (see

Fig. 49).
Fix the mixer jet tightly to the resin filler tube (see

Fig. 50).

Unscrew the cap of the resin cartridge (Tangit M 3000,
300 ml) and screw the cartridge onto the mixer jet
(see Fig. 51).
Then remove the bottom cover of the resin cartridge
and insert the cartridge into the cartridge gun. Using
even movements of the cartridge gun, inject all the
resin from the cartridge into module 8 (see Fig. 52).
Wait at least 5 minutes before removing the entire
resin system as well as the reusable quick tensioning
system (see Fig. 53).
• The maximum volume of the resin is reached
after approx. 5 minutes.
• The complete curing period is approx. 30 minutes.
Finally, cut off the resin filler tube using a side cutter
so that it is flush with the flange (see Fig. 54).
