5. Warning system

If outboard motor encounters an abnor-
mal condition of fault, the warning
buzzer will emit a continuous beep or
intermittent short beeps and the warn-
ing lamp (LED) will synchronize with the
buzzer and engine speed will be limited
(engine will not be stopped).
*No buzzer is located for tiller handle
type and EP type.
See next page for conditions which will
lead to an abnormal condition or fault.
