Charge Status Indicators
Charging Stage LED
• Illuminates and flashes during 8 stage charging process.
• Is lit continually, when the battery has been fully charged.
Power LED
• Lit: The mains cable is connected to the wall socket.
• Flashing: The charger has entered the energy save mode.
This happens if the charger isn't connected to the battery in 2
minutes.
Fault LED - Lit
If the fault lamp is continually lit, check the following:
If the charging process was interrupted in stages 1, 2 or 3, restart
the charger by pressing the MODE-button. If charging is still be-
ing interrupted, there is a problem with the battery:
Stage 1: It is seriously sulphated and may need to be replaced.
Stage 2: It cannot accept charge and may need to be replaced.
Stage 3: It is faulty and may need to be replaced. (Bulk charging
has timed out and stopped after 24 hours.)
Fault LED - Flashing
Charger's internal temperature is higher than 65 °C +/-5 °C
