Specific information

► Do not operate the equipment in close proximity to equipment that generates strong magnetic
fields.
► The equipment may only be used if the mains frequency information on the rating plate matches
the mains frequency of the voltage supply.
► A capsule must not be mixed several times.
► A capsule that falls out of the holder or the equipment during the mixing process must not be
used. It must be disposed of!
2.6 Information about electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
► The equipment can be used in areas that are directly connected to the public mains supply, and
supply buildings that are also used for residential purposes.
► An interruption to the power supply that is longer than 2 seconds will interrupt the mixing process
without this being recognized or signaled.
► The equipment must not be placed and operated directly next to other pieces of electrical equip-
ment. If this is unavoidable, the equipment and the other items of electrical equipment should be
checked to rule out any malfunctioning caused by electromagnetic interference.
► Portable and mobile communication devices (e.g. cell phones, radio equipment) can affect the
functioning of the equipment.
Maintain a distance of at least 30 cm (12 inches) between the equipment and mobile communica-
tion devices.
► Electrostatic discharges can interrupt the mixing process without this being signaled.

2.7 Authorized persons
Installation, operation, cleaning and maintenance of the equipment may only be performed by qualified,
specialist dental personnel�
Any replacement of parts and repairs not specifically described in these operating instructions may only
be carried out by the manufacturer�
2.8 Disclaimer
Renfert GmbH shall be absolved from all claims for damages or warranty if:
► The product is used for any purposes other than those specified in the operating instructions.
► The product is altered in any way other than those alterations described in the operating instruc-
tions.
► The product is not repaired by an authorized facility or if non-original Renfert parts are used.
► The product continues to be used despite obvious safety faults or damage.
► The product is subjected to mechanical impacts or is dropped.
