Switching on
the appliance
Press the button, Fig. 2/1. Temperature
display lamp flashes +5 °C. The appliance
starts cooling, the interior light is switched
on when the door is open.

Selecting the temperature

The refrigerator compartment
temperature has been set to +5 °C
at the factory.
The set values can be changed,
see Description of control panel:
2 Temperature selection button.
We recommend a setting of +4 °C.
Perishable food should not be stored
warmer than +4 °C.

Operating tips

S It is quite normal for beads of water
or frost to form on the rear of the
refrigerator compartment. It is not
necessary to scrape off the frost or wipe
off the beads of water. The rear panel
defrosts automatically.
The condensation is conveyed down
the drainage channel, Fig. 7/A to the
refrigerating unit where it evaporates.
S If the air humidity is high, condensation
may form in the refrigerator
compartment, especially on the glass
shelves. If this is the case, pack or wrap
the food and select a lower temperature
in the refrigerator compartment.

The shelves can be repositioned even
if the door is opened by 90°. To reposition
a shelf, pull the shelf forwards, lower
and remove and re insert in the desired
position.

Important for correct function!
To maintain the warmer temperature
zones in the refrigerator compartment/
cold storage compartment, do not
reposition the partition with sealing strip
Fig. 1/7, or storage compartments,
Fig. 1/12.
If lower temperatures are required in the
cold storage compartment, the sealing
strip can be removed from the rear of
the partition.
Door containers
You can remove all containers from
the door. To do this, lift the containers
